The Central Valais Region disposes of a wide variety of cultural and sporting activities. Some of the most interesting and unique places in the region can be discovered by the whole family.
The Gianadda foundation in Martigny, the basilica at Valère, the Sion cantonal natural history museum, the vines and the wine at Salquenen, the St-Maurice Abbey and it’s treasure, the St Pierre-de-Clages book village and the potholing centre at Chamoson.
The salt deposits at Bex, the fairy caves at St-Maurice, the pyramides at Euseigne, the Aletsch Glacier and the Villa Cassel and the observatory of St-Luc.
