Nendaz Freeride est également "sister event" de l'Xtreme de Verbier ce qui signifie que les vainqueurs de chaque catégorie (ski, snowboard, hommes, femmes), sont automatiquement qualifiés pour la grande finale du FWT qui a lieu à Verbier.
