Morning yoga is based on breathing techniques that channel vital energy into the body and gently set it in motion. Specific postures for each chakra call for the stimulation of our whole being. Evening Yin yoga promotes deep relaxation of the body and mind, the release of blocked energies and the balancing of the nervous system
The 'zero mental therapy' meditation session invites you to focus on yourself and open your senses.
The chakra dance class consists of simple, slow dance moves with the aim of boosting your energy.
'Shinrin Yoku' or forest immersion is an ancestral Japanese practice. Forest immersion, a form of preventive medicine, invites us to go for a walk, to introspection, to awaken our senses and our feelings in full consciousness. It allows us to nourish the presence of Being in the present moment. This practice leads to inner ecology and reminds us that we are intimately linked to all forms of life.
Roxane Devènes leads the yoga, meditation and chakras danse classes. She is a teacher in energies and also offers various yoga classes, dances and meditation techniques. It is with passion that she shares these magnificent experiences, all of which have as their vocation to rediscover what we trully are deep within our being.
Mélanie McKrory accompanies the forest bathing classes. Passionate about human beings and nature, she joyfully accompanies people who wish to connect with their inner resources. Connecting with nature is a wonderful way to live in the present moment and to cultivate presence in your inner being. She proposes days in natural surroundings for adults and families, forest immersion, guided meditation and a range of tools to facilitate the return to the inner being.
Marie-José Glassey also accompanies the forest bathing classest. As a wellness coach for the last 20 years, Marie-José proposes various techniques gathered and refined along her journey. Massages, energy treatments, Bach flowers, active listening, meditation, breathing, natural food … A dept of natural healing, it is natural for her to accompany you in the « forest immersion ».
Located in the heart of the resort, the Hôtel Nendaz 4 Vallées & Spa****s is pleased to welcome you into its warm and authentic atmosphere. This modern hotel is also home to the Spa des Bisses, an area of 2’200m2 allowing you to recharge your batteries while admiring the breath-taking view over the Alps.
This package is open to over 18 year olds and access to all, no former training is necessary. A minimum of 4 people is necessary to confirm the session. A maximum number of participants is limited to 20 people. As soon as the minimum number of participants is reached, we will confirm your booking by email, at the latest 11 days before the weekend session of your choice (according to the booking deadlines). You can pay by credit card, by bank transfer or directly at Nendaz Tourism’s information desk. No booking will be confirmed before full payment has been received.
