Clean & Safe



We continue to take great pleasure in welcoming our guests especially those who appreciate our wide-open natural surroundings and our breathtaking panoramic views.


We are doing everything in our power to ensure our guests’ safety throughout the autumn and the winter seasons. 


Nendaz Tourisme  and NV Remontées mécaniques have obtained the Clean & Safe label which certifies that all required protective measures are in place.


Travel conditions



However, we would like to point out that travelers coming from certain countries considered to be at risk must observe a quarantine period when entering Switzerland. Information and a list of the countries concerned can be found on the following website Office fédéral de la santé publique. (Federal Office of Public Health)


Measures taken in the Valais



Wearing of masks



Masks must be worn by everybody over the age of 12 years :



  • on all public transport and in all waiting areas

  • on ski lifts 

  • in all waiting areas

  • in all indoor public access areas

  • in all indoor workplaces

  • in busy pedestrian areas

  • in general, in all situations where social distancing of 1,5m cannot be guaranteed



Gatherings and events



Gatherings, events or activities involving more than ten participants whether it be in a private or public area are forbidden


Establishments open to the public and leisure facilities



Closed until the 13th December 2020:



  • entertainment and leisure facilities (museums, health centres, swimming pools, etc.)

  • bars and nightclubs

  • establishments open to the public (restaurants, cafés, etc.)



All contact sports are forbidden (football, basketball, hockey, combat sports, etc.), except for professional private training or coaching.


Hotline and procedure in case of health problems



In case of symptoms (breathing difficulties, cough or high temperature) :



  • Stay at home

  • Call a doctor or health centre

  • The doctor will inform you on whether or not you should be tested and where you should go to do so.
