Via Ferrata Edelweiss L’accès au parcours le plus facile, Edelweiss, est possible pour les enfants dès l’âge de huit ans, pour autant que l’encadrement soit assuré par un professionnel. La descente est identique pour les deux itinéraires. Pour la pratique de la Via Ferrata, vous avez besoin d’un casque, d’un baudrier et de longes. Vous devez venir avec votre matériel (y compris les longes classiques). Le port des gants est obligatoire pour des raisons d'hygiène. Pour des raisons de sécurité, le matériel est uniquement destiné aux personnes faisant un poids compris entre 50 et 100 kilogrammes. Il n’est pas indispensable de recourir aux services d’un guide. Toutefois, si la présence d’un guide est requise (si vous n’avez pas d’expérience solide dans cette activité), leur tarif est à la journée comme lors des accompagnements à l’escalade. Les deux parcours sont équipés d’un système de sécurité dit « aéroligne » qui empêche les mauvaises manipulations et limite les risques pour les utilisateurs. L'accès depuis Verbier se fait par le téléphérique Le Jumbo. L'accès depuis Nendaz se fait quant à lui par le télésiège de Tortin puis le téléphérique Tortin-Gentianes. La Via Ferrata est gratuite. Seul l’accès en remontées mécaniques est payant avec le forfait 4 Vallées. Les détenteurs des VIP Pass et Pass Altitude bénéficient d'un aller-retour gratuit.
