Cleuson dam

This dam constitutes an idyllic place for walks thanks to the magnificent view and to its turquoise-coloured waters.

Built between 1946 and 1951, Cleuson can hold 20 million m3 of water and produce on average 70 million kw/h of power a year. It is a reinforced foot-hills dam standing 87m high and 420m wide at its widest point.
