Originating from an ancestral practice, forest bathing has become popular in Japan and has enjoyed international recognition throughout the world for several years. It is a form of preventive medicine that invites you to, among other things, take a contemplative stroll, explore your inner self, meditate, (re)connect with your true nature.
Studies have shown the benefits of nature and trees on anxiety disorders, stress, diabetes, heart rhythm disorders, but also on strengthening the immune system.
This form of meditation in nature is open to the general public and requires no particular physical condition. This group activity also offers a moment of exchange and of creativity. Children accompanied by an adult are welcome.
