From Nendaz Tourisme, cross the resort following the route des Ecluses. At the end of this road, continue on the chemin de la Fragnière and climb through the residential area of the same name.

When you arrive in the forest, follow the road to La Péroua. Go past the forestry commission offices and then down on the left along Chemin des Rairettes. Follow this path through the mid-mountain pastures where the Hérens cows spend the spring before going up to the high mountain pastures. The pretty chapel of Les Rairettes appears on your left, surrounded by majestic Larch trees. Continue on to Les Clèves where the ski slope from Tracouet passes.

Enjoy the view of the town of Sion and the Rhone Valley before beginning your final descent to the resort along the route des Clèves.
