« Ej’ Ecochyoeü de Ninda » name taken from our local dialect, meaning « the wheat threshers ». It's under this name that the folk group has been brightening up local, cantonal and even international festivals and events since 1984.

After the successful organization of the 59th Fête Cantonale des Costumes in 2004, they are taking up the challenge once again. To celebrate its 40th anniversary, this major cantonal event will once again be held in Haute-Nendaz. On Saturday, nearly 40 folk groups affiliated to the Fédération valaisanne des costumes et des arts populaires will take part in the event. The Friday evening the public will be entertained by some fifteen local folklore, singing and brass band performances.
