Conditions of participation

* The contest ends on September 2024.
* Each month, a mini locomotive will be hidden in a different Swiss town. The participant who finds it first is declared the winner for that month. Only one winner is declared per mini locomotive hidden.
* Anyone who is at least 18 years old at the time of entry is eligible to participate.
* The winner must not leave the mini locomotive in place after having found it.
* The winner receives their prize by post within 10 business days.
* The prize cannot be paid out in cash. The prize cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
* Nendaz Tourisme cannot be held responsible for technical problems, fraud or any other reason beyond its control that makes it impossible to deliver the prizes under the stipulated conditions.
* Legal action is excluded. This competition is subject exclusively to Swiss law.
